Build a better engine
Our Aerobic Capacity program is a 45-minute class where you will build your endurance and stamina, strengthen your core, and improve flexibility. We use medicine balls, kettlebells, rowers, assault bikes, and, of course, running.
The class is great for endurance athletes, beginners who want to move but aren’t yet ready for (or just not interested in) CrossFit, and also as a supplement for current CrossFitters.
Training in your aerobic heart rate zone teaches your body to use fat as fuel, improves your ability to pace yourself, and increases circulation allowing for longer near-maximal efforts.
Like our CrossFit and Weightlifting classes, these are group sessions where you’ll have the camaraderie and friendly push from fellow athletes, as well as the instruction, intentional programming, and oversight of a knowledgeable coach.
